Built around the one thinga business cannot lose.
Mesara (Pvt) Ltd is a Sri Lankan company. We move businesses from the WhatsApp Business app onto Meta's official platform on the same number, and we build the parts that stop that number being restricted or blocked.
Why it exists
The official platform was written for developers.
The WhatsApp Business app was built for one phone and one person, and past that the workarounds begin. Meta's official platform fixes that properly, then hands a shop owner a list like this.
- Open a Meta Business account and a WhatsApp Business Account
- Pass Meta's business verification
- Get a display name approved
- Register the number and set its two step PIN
- Run a server to receive Meta's webhooks
- Build an inbox your staff can actually use
- Manage every message template through the API
- Write the pacing and quality logic yourself
- Give us the number and your registration documents
- Wait while Meta verifies the business
Everything on the left still happens. We do the parts that are paperwork, and the parts that are software were built before you arrived.
The number
A blocked number does not come back.
Everything else a business runs on can be replaced. That is the reason the guardrails were the first thing built, not a feature added later.
In Sri Lanka one WhatsApp number is often the shop, the catalogue, the order line and the support desk at once. It is printed on the sign, it is in the ads, and it is saved in your customers' phones. It is not a login you can reset.
So the move happens on the number you already have. Coexistence puts it on the official platform while the WhatsApp Business app carries on working on the same phone. Your chat history and your contacts come across, nothing switches off, and the step can be rolled back. Full migration is the single move that cannot be undone, and we say so plainly before you choose it.
What Mesara is
One product, at a published price, that you run yourself.
We do the Meta paperwork with you at the start, because that part is genuinely hard. After that the software is the service, and this is what is in it today.
- The inbox
- A shared team inbox on one number, so several people can answer without passing a phone around
- Contacts, segments and consent records kept in one place, not in a notebook
- Message templates and auto-reply, on every plan
- Every send
- A guardrail on each send, weighed against your quality rating, your sending limit and the age of the number
- An automatic pause when the quality rating drops, with an alert that says what caused it
- Broadcast campaigns that go through the same checks as everything else
- The move and the money
- Coexistence migration, so the WhatsApp Business app keeps working on the same number
- Click to WhatsApp attribution, so you can see which ad started a conversation
- Meta spend reporting, so you know what the messages cost before the invoice
What you pay for
Meta bills you. The money never passes through us.
We charge one monthly subscription in rupees. Meta charges your own card for the messages, at its published rates, the same way Facebook charges it when you boost a post.
Why it is built this way
Your messages sit on your own WhatsApp Business Account and Meta invoices you for them. We never handle that payment, so there is no point in the chain where we could take a cut of it.
Support
Answered in your language.
Write to us in Sinhala, Tamil or English and a person answers in the one you wrote in. Your message content can go out in all three. The app itself is in English for now.
Being straight with you
What we will not claim.
Three things you will not find on this site, and the reason each one is missing.
- That a number can never be actioned. No honest tool can promise that, and we will not pretend otherwise. Meta decides, on evidence we do not control.
- That anyone is using this yet.Mesara has no customers, so there are no testimonials on this site, no logos, and no number for how many businesses are on it.
- That we are an approved Meta Tech Provider. We build on Meta's official platform, which is true today. The Tech Provider approval is a separate review and this page will say so the day it lands, not before.
What we can do is make it far less likely, catch it early, hold your sending as soon as we see the rating move, and work through the appeal with you. That is the offer, and it is the whole offer.
The number is not ours to gamble with.
It is the one thing a business cannot replace, and every decision in the product starts there.
We take a card at signup and charge nothing for 14 days. Messages are billed separately by Meta, on your own card.
